Terms & Conditions

It is our primary aim at Nature's Recipe to ensure that all customers are provided with a high quality service.  All products bought from this website will be covered by the following terms and conditions.


Customers are able purchase all products from this website by ordering online through PayPal's secure server.

Please be aware that under UK law when buying goods or services on the internet, the consumer is entering a legally binding contract.


Delivery Information

Under normal circumstances all UK deliveries will be dispatched within 24 - 72 hours. As Nature's Recipe products are made frequently in small batches  there may occasionally be a short delay between the ordering and despatch of goods.  We will endeavour to inform you if the goods are to be despatched more than 72 hours after payment is received. The delivery charge for products vary depending on their weight and price. Delivery costs appear next to each product. Discounts apply, as stated on the website, for multiple purchases.

All of these prices are for UK deliveries only, this includes all postal areas in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. 



At Nature's Recipe we accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal's secure site. 


Data Protection

We at Nature's Recipe do not hold any financial information of our customers.  Any personal information, including contact details or the identity of those submitting testimonials are treated in the strictest confidence. We never share information with any other company or individual.



We value all our customers therefore, if you have a complaint of any kind, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Returns and Refunds

Damaged Goods
If upon receipt of your goods you find they are damaged, please notify us immediately on 01296 670584 or email
sales@naturesrecipe.co.uk. It is important that you retain the damaged packaging and make a note of the circumstances surrounding it's delivery.

All Other Returns
To help us to process returns efficiently, please ensure that you understand and comply with the guidelines below:

Note: Customers have the right to a cooling off period in which they can change their minds. However, customers exercising this right may only return the goods if they are in their original 'factory fresh' condition, i.e. UN-USED and in the original packaging.

The goods should be returned within 7 working days of receipt (unless otherwise agreed by Nature's Recipe) un-used and in original packaging with manufacturers instructions. Please include your name, address, invoice no. and reason for returning the item

Goods must be packed with sufficient outer packaging to ensure that no damage is caused during transit.  Please note that goods returned are liable to a restocking charge of 15% (unless faulty or returned unused within 7 days) and that postage and packaging is not refundable other than through a Nature's Recipe error.

Authorised returns of faulty goods must be accompanied by your customer and order information as well as a letter explaining fully the reasons you think they are faulty. If the goods are faulty they will be  replaced or refunded. If the goods are found to not be faulty then we will have to charge for the time we have had to spend testing the product and also for the return of the goods to you at our standard delivery rates.

We endeavour to make our instructions as clear as possible and would welcome any suggestions you have to make them even easier!
